报告题目：A Simple Formula on the Number of the Spanning Trees of Line Graphs

报告摘要：Let G=(V,E) be a loopless graph and T(G) be the set of all spanning trees of G. Let L(G) be the line graph of the graph G and t(L(G)) be the number of spanning trees of L(G). Then, by using techniques from electrical networks, we obtain a simple formula on the number of the spanning trees of line graphs:

This formula is in fact equivalent to a complicated formula obtained by Dong and Yan using combinatorial analysis. This is a joint work with Helin Gong.

报告人简介: 金贤安，1976年出生。厦门大学永利集团3044欢迎光临教授，博士生导师，数学与应用数学系主任。主要从事图论、纽结论和数学化学等方面的研究工作，迄今为止已在各种国际著名数学期刊上发表论文40多篇。主持国家青年基金、面上基金各一项，参与重点项目一项。曾多次在国内外知名会议上作邀请报告。
